Managing Partner, Frank Avrett, CLTC

The success of any organization is premised around the Character and  Integrity of its members. This same success will rise to the level of expectations, the attitude, and the tone set by its leadership. 

The Arizona General Office is poised for greatness, due largely to the vision and capable directions of Frank Avrett. 

Frank loves to work with people, and to make a difference in their lives.  His greatest professional satisfaction is seeing an individual's personal and family quality of life improve dramatically through his / her successes of helping other people in areas relative to their insurance and financial services needs and objectives. 

When asked what he thinks New York Life's redeeming qualities are, he is quick to point out the company's core values and integrity, in addition to its financial stability.

Since becoming a Managing Partner in 1998, Frank has earned multiple industry and company awards, to include: 

2004 - Served as the Vice-Chairman of the Managing Partners' Advisory Committee (MPAC), earned the Company's Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT) Mentoring Trophy;

2003 - 2004 - Served on NYL's Managing Integrity Advisory Committee, elected as one of 8 Managing Partners to NYL's MPAC, representing 120 Managing Partners in the Company;

2003 - earned the Company's Presidents Trophy, Vice Chairmans Trophy, Life Product Trophy, and was a member of the Partners Round Table.  He also maintained the highest GPA in the South Central Zone, and the 6th highest GPA in the Company;

2001 - Earned the Company's Senior Vice-Presidents Trophy, Long-Term Care Trophy, and was a member of the Partners Round Table.

Frank's undergraduate degree is in Finance, from Auburn University, Alabama. 

Frank is married to Lynn Slay.  He and Lynn have three sons: Trey, Tripp, and Trevor.
